Partner with business and technical teams to redesign workflows and implement system-driven, repeatable solutions that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and support future business scale. Lead continuous improvement initiatives grounded in data and cross-functional feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Influence
Build strong partnerships across Engineering, Finance, Legal, Programming, Content Ops, Marketing, and Data teams. Proactively manage interdependencies, clarify priorities, and ensure deliverables meet both strategic and operational requirements. Serve as the connective tissue across stakeholder groups, keeping communication open, proactive, and focused on value delivery.
