Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering or related field from an ABET accredited program; 3 years relevant experience required or completion of FE exam and 3 years experience or Master's Degree with 2 years experience.
• Strong foundational knowledge of engineering techniques and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
• Profound proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., RISA 3D, ETABS) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Attention to detail, strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• EIT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate engineering tasks with independent judgment.
• Perform complex structural analysis and design for diverse facilities.
• Modify engineering procedures and techniques as needed.
• Coordinate project studies and prepare technical reports.
• Devise innovative solutions for engineering challenges.
• Conduct work involving the adaptation of standard techniques to unique problems.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
