Impact Summary:
The Staff Structural Analysis Engineer oversees large-scale aerospace projects, integrating deep technical knowledge with advanced project management to ensure structural integrity and client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
• Oversee the technical aspects of large-scale aerospace projects from concept development through validation and production support.
• Develop, review, and optimize complex engineering designs and systems.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements to ensure alignment on technical objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
• Review and approve technical drawings and documentation.
• Lead technical risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the development and validation of comprehensive finite element models (FEM) for large-scale projects.
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure structural analysis meets project requirements and expectations.
• Develop and implement best practices for structural analysis and finite element modeling.
• Conduct technical risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for structural integrity.
• Contribute to organizational capability development and reinforce the company's reputation for engineering excellence within the aerospace industry.

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline required.
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• 10-14 years of relevant experience in aerospace engineering, structural analysis, finite element modeling, or related engineering disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex aerospace engineering projects and technical teams.
• Current U.S. Secret Security Clearance preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance required.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary rage for this position is $153,920 - $162,240 annually based on the successful candidates experience, qualifications, skill set, work location, and market conditions. Pay and Benefits are subject to change at any time and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
