- Experience with audio systems, bringup, optimization, tuning and productionization.
- Embedded development with experience around engineering power, latency, and performance trade-offs.
- Experience with leading technical projects, cross-functional collaboration, and debugging/troubleshooting to progress programs forward.
- Experience with Audio Codecs or Audio HAL.
About the jobAs an Audio Systems Lead, you will drive new products to launch by architecting audio systems, implementing key components, and designing sub-components for delegation. You will lead overall development of the audio platform, collaborating with operating system (OS)-level engineers to enable next-generation experiences and SoC partners to deliver hardware abstraction layer (HAL) implementations, debug, and root-cause issues. You will ultimately be responsible for delivering the audio platform to enable new device launches.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities - Execute bringup of audio systems on new devices from prototype to production hardware.
- Deliver audio HAL implementation enabling high level OS to run flawlessly on SoC platforms, and enabling of traceabilty and debugability in audio systems for debug and root cause analysis.
- Manage decomposition of system design into modular components for team members to drive and deliver.
- Define and design of key system components and architecture to reliably execute on program milestones.
- Interface closely with both higher level OS teams and partner SoC vendors to deliver commitments on schedule.
