  • Manage your workload responsibly with an eye toward project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Help the team achieve sprint goals through independent work and cross-functional collaboration
  • Participate in code reviews to uphold quality, maintainability, and best practices
  • Support and improve deployment pipelines and release processes
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing security, encryption, sensitive-data handling, and other platform-level technologies
  • Architect and implement modern front-end frameworks (React/TypeScript) including Next.js, and robust backend API services (Django, REST).
  • Support backend workflows for asynchronous or long-running integrations where needed
  • Design, optimize, and maintain SQL databases
  • Document code, architectures, and features to ensure long-term maintainability
  • Use GitHub and GitFlow confidently in a collaborative development environment
