Full Job Description
Intuit's CTREC organization (Cybersecurity, Trust & Safety, Risk, Enterprise Systems and Compliance) protects the company and powers the technology experiences of our global workforce. We're looking for a Senior Change Manager to own organizational change management (OCM) delivery and adoption strategy for CTREC's most critical programs - the changes that touch every Intuit employee, from security protocols to enterprise systems to employee-experience technology.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not an advisory one. You will craft the change strategy for each program and personally execute every piece of it - communications across channels, enablement content, stakeholder engagement, and adoption measurement. There is no separate design or communications team behind you, and no runway to learn the discipline on the job. Skilled, self-directed OCM leadership is essential to adoption success from day one.

You'll operate as part of the Change COE - the team that designs the human layer around technology change so employees don't just get access to something new; they understand it, want it, and can use it well. The COE matches its response to the size and risk of each change: it Drives the highest-impact changes end to end, Supports moderate ones by contributing strategy while the owning team executes, and Consults as the fast expert check on lower-risk changes. You'll flex across all three modes and partner with the OCM lead to define the engagement model and tiered level of support for each initiative.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end OCM delivery and adoption strategy for critical CTREC programs - from impact assessment through launch, adoption, and reinforcement.
  • Build change strategy from scratch and execute it end to end yourself: audience and impact analysis, adoption plans, success metrics, and risk mitigation - with no reliance on separate design or communications resources.
  • Develop and deliver communications for multiple channels (email, Slack, intranet, in-tool messaging, executive briefings), right-sized to audience and moment.
  • Create enablement content - guides, FAQs, training assets, self-service resources - that helps a distributed global workforce understand, embrace, and adopt change.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across all levels, from frontline employees to senior leadership, building the coalitions each change needs to land.
  • Partner closely with Development, the Product lead, and the Technical Program Manager as an embedded member of the program team, and align strategy with the OCM lead.
  • Flex across the Change COE's engagement tiers - Drive, Support, or Consult - matching depth of involvement to the size and risk of each change, and partner with the OCM lead to define engagement models and tiered levels of support across the portfolio.
  • Invent creative, low-friction adoption solutions - resourceful ways to reach and activate distributed audiences and build trust in automation that acts on a user's behalf.
  • Develop and implement change management tools and processes that accelerate change activities, ensure a consistent change experience, and standardize communication approaches across programs.
  • Monitor employee feedback channels to address questions and gauge sentiment on Security change initiatives, feeding insights back into program decisions.
  • Measure adoption, gather feedback, and iterate - closing the loop between user sentiment and program decisions.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of change management experience supporting large, multi-site enterprise implementations of HR, IT service, Security, or employee-experience technology.
  • Proven ability to own change strategy from scratch and execute it end to end personally - you are the strategist, writer, designer, and facilitator in one.
  • A track record of creative, low-friction adoption solutions that reached and activated distributed audiences - including building user trust in automation acting on their behalf.
  • AI platform fluency - you use AI tools and platforms fluently in your own work (research, content development, analysis) and can guide others through AI-driven change.
  • Excellent writing and content-design skills across formats and channels, with the judgment to right-size comms to the change.
  • Strong stakeholder management - comfortable partnering with engineering, product, and program leaders and influencing without authority.
  • Self-direction and speed: you scope ambiguity into a plan, prioritize independently, and deliver without needing the role explained to you.
  • Strong proficiency applying ADKAR or an equivalent structured change methodology within condensed go-live timelines and high stakeholder expectations.
  • Proven ability to manage concurrent workloads under a fixed deadline, sequencing communications across phased waves to prevent audience fatigue and message conflicts.
  • Strong executive communication skills - comfortable drafting on behalf of senior HR and technology leadership for enterprise-wide distribution.
  • Domain experience across collaboration SaaS applications, HR, and Security, with a working understanding of data security and compliance concepts.
  • Skilled in impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and developing communication and care/readiness plans.
  • Technology company experience implementing change efforts that impact technologist/development organizations as well as business functions.
  • Project management experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Who You Are

  • Customer obsessed - inspired by the customer problem, partnering with process owners to drive change, education, and outreach.
  • A strong process and systems thinker, sees how changes, channels, and audiences interact across a portfolio, and builds repeatable tools, standards, and mechanisms rather than one-off fixes.
  • Demonstrates extreme ownership, delivers excellence at scale, and operates without boundaries.
  • Influences and drives decisions by crafting a clear point of view - options, data-backed recommendations, and rationale - and builds a compelling, data-backed case for change.
  • Proactively identifies obstacles, develops recommendations for resolution, and escalates to leaders quickly.
  • Quickly establishes credibility and trust across teams; leads with inquiry and incorporates diverse perspectives to deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Resilient and solution-oriented in a high-change, often ambiguous environment, with a data-led and data-driven approach focused on long-term opportunity.
  • Proactive, action-oriented self-starter with high judgment, innovation, and strategic thinking; strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Works independently and collaborates effectively across cross-functional teams and with employees at all levels, using inquiry and advocacy to work through barriers.
