Position: Staff Product Manager
Location: 1375 Crossman Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089
Duties: Drive product prioritization and roadmap planning in partnership with Canadian market business teams, balancing customer needs, seller requirements, operational feasibility, and business goals. Influence strategic product decisions by framing trade-offs, setting priorities, and aligning product direction with market strategy. Lead stakeholder engagement across fulfillment, transportation, merchant, and international teams to ensure execution alignment. Oversee rollout and scaling of cross-market initiatives by managing MVP launches, iteration cycles, and adoption across the Canadian WFS market. Communicate product vision, roadmap priorities, and progress to senior leadership and international stakeholders. Deep understanding of functional architecture of various Walmart systems supporting various capabilities that empower customer, seller and Walmart associate experience. Guide and mentor peers and partner teams by sharing best practices, supporting adoption of product management processes, and driving collaboration. Represent Canadian fulfillment and transportation product needs within Walmart's global ecosystem to ensure alignment with broader international strategies. This position does not supervise employees.
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related area and 5 years of post-bachelor's progressively responsible experience in product management; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related area and 7 years of post-bachelor's progressively responsible experience in product management.
Skills required: Experience with Product Management techniques and coordinating the launch of products, projects, or initiatives. Experience evaluating new technologies and making recommendations on future product development. Experience leading current state and future state process flow meetings with stakeholders. Experience creating customer journeys and identifying customer touchpoints. Experience gathering business and functional requirements, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, participating in agile ceremonies, and helping with release planning. Experience defining product positioning and messaging. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business, marketing, user experience, engineering, program, and support teams. Experience assessing customer and developer requirements and incorporating feedback into product development. Experience conducting competitive and market analysis to identify product opportunities and executing segmentation analysis. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $179,421/year to $286,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
