Role summary:
The Staff, Product Manager leads strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and technical insight to define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies while influencing cross-functional stakeholders. It demands strong collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to deliver measurable business impact and advance product leadership within the organization. This role plays a critical part in shaping product direction and elevating discipline standards.

The team leads the strategy and advancement of Walmart's global Promotions & Rewards Platform, driving customer incentives and loyalty initiatives across international markets. Operating at the intersection of product vision, data-driven decision making, and emerging technologies, it delivers impactful solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, the team shapes product roadmaps and aligns with business goals. Members are recognized for expertise in stakeholder management and product lifecycle ownership, fostering innovation and continuous improvement to enhance customer experiences worldwide.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
