Full Job Description
About the Role

As a Staff Product Manager for our document and knowledge management product, you will own and drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for a platform that powers how legal professionals interact with our AI capabilities. This product enables law firms and enterprise clients to securely store, organize, search, and leverage their documents and institutional knowledge within our AI-powered ecosystem.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll directly shape how the world's leading law firms and enterprises organize and unlock value from their most sensitive documents.
What You'll Do
  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap: Develop a compelling product strategy that balances near-term customer needs with long-term platform investments, aligned to the mission of transforming legal and professional services through AI.
  • Drive end-to-end product development: Lead cross-functional teams - including engineering, design, AI/ML, and go-to-market - to ship high-quality features from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Partner deeply with engineering: Work closely with engineering leadership to make technical and architectural decisions, dive deep into complex problems, and ensure you're building scalable, secure, and performant systems.
  • Champion customer needs: Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Legal product teams to deeply understand user pain points and translate them into product investments that drive measurable value.
  • Own key capability areas: Drive development across file management, AI-enabled search and Q&A, document extraction, secure sharing across workspaces, and seamless integrations with enterprise document management systems (e.g., iManage, SharePoint, Dropbox).
  • Operate with urgency and ownership: Take real ownership of problems from early thinking through to long-term outcomes, staying close to customers and stakeholders across the organization.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a senior or staff-level product manager, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI/ML-powered products
  • Strong track record of owning and shipping complex platform or infrastructure-adjacent products (document management, knowledge management, search, or similar)
  • Ability to work deeply with engineering - comfortable in technical and architectural conversations
  • Experience with enterprise integrations and an understanding of how large organizations manage documents and knowledge (familiarity with systems like iManage, SharePoint, or Dropbox is a plus)
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; able to align engineers, designers, sales, and CS around a shared vision
  • Customer-obsessed mindset - you go deep with users to uncover real problems and translate them into product strategy
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; you thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
  • Experience in or strong familiarity with legal tech, professional services, or enterprise AI is a strong plus
