The Staff Product Manager will lead data-driven product initiatives by analyzing trends, customer needs, and business objectives to develop and execute effective product strategies. This role involves managing product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product lifecycle processes using modern methodologies. The position requires strong stakeholder communication, prioritization skills, and the ability to influence decisions while navigating organizational complexities. The successful candidate will focus on delivering customer value, optimizing processes, and supporting continuous improvement to advance product innovation and business growth within a dynamic environment.
About the team:

Our team oversees Operational and Health data across markets where Data Ventures' products operate, ensuring accurate sourcing and alignment with enterprise standards. We support consistent data use cases, sustain client relationships, and expand product offerings. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, we maintain data integrity and drive product growth. Leveraging expertise in product strategy, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making, the team enables informed product development and continuous improvement aligned with business goals. This collaborative environment fosters innovation and supports the delivery of impactful, data-driven solutions.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and own product roadmaps, prioritizing features and managing backlogs to align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze product and feature data to derive insights, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous product optimization.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
