ResponsibilitiesDUE TO THE GROWTH OF OUR PROGRAM, Norton Hospitalists, a part of Norton Medical Group, is recriting board-certified or board-eligible physicians for Norton Healthcare's adult-service hospitals in Louisville, Kentucky. The selected candidates will join more than 75 physicians and 35 advanced practice providers in five adult service facilities. Norton Hospitalists offers quality, comprehensive care to more than 190,000 patients annually from across Greater Louisville and the region beyond. In 2025, our adult-service facilities saw average of 27,000 patient visits a month. Norton Healthcare is accredited by DNV and has comprehensive centers of excellence spanning our health care system, including heart and vascular, orthopedics and spine, stroke and more. - Norton Audubon Hospital, Norton Brownsboro Hospital, Norton Hospital, Norton West Louisville Hospital and Norton Women's & Children's Hospital
- 7 on/7 off schedule (12-hour shifts);

Job Responsibilities: The physician is responsible for recording a detailed medical history of each patient in the electronic medical record, including, but not limited to, chief complaint, present condition, individual history, and family history. Performing appropriate physical examination of each patient. Analyzing reports and/or findings of tests and personal examinations in order to assess the medical condition of the patient, including diagnosing the patient's injury or illness and formulating a prognosis.
