Pay Range:

$150,330 / year

Job Description:

What You'll Do

  • Answer, assess and listen to customer questions, needs and concerns while showing empathy with sensitive situations
  • Strive to exceed expectations and provide alternative solutions to problems
  • Provide counseling on prescriptions, relaying pertinent information for success and confidence with at-home use of medication
  • Perform all necessary steps of workflow accurately and efficiently to ensure customers receive error-free products
  • Maintain product levels, improve efficiencies, and seek continuous improvement opportunities
  • Remain current on company wellness initiatives, demonstrating your support to your team and the store as a whole
  • Comply with all federal, state, and HIPAA regulations, following all company guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures
  • Verify potential licensing in any state Wegmans does business
  • Required: Frequent travel throughout the entire division where you're hired for and/or working in

Required Certifications

  • Pharmacist State License-APhA-American Pharmacists Association
  • Certified Pharmacist Immunizer-AphA-American Pharmacists Association
