Overview As a Coborn's Staff Pharmacist, you will oversee Pharmacy Department operations, drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, and lead employee management during assigned shifts. You'll play a key leadership role in ensuring that every patient interaction reflects our commitment to quality care and service excellence.
You'll work closely with all members of the pharmacy team - including pharmacists, technicians, and clerks - to create a collaborative, efficient, and positive work environment.
What Role will I Play?- Lead and manage pharmacy operations during assigned shifts
- Deliver outstanding patient care and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Supervise, support, and mentor pharmacy staff
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and Federal, State, and Local laws governing retail pharmacy practice
- Partner with Pharmacy, Store, and Pharmacy District Managers to coordinate site and company initiatives
- Support strategic goals and help drive continuous improvement

QualificationsWe are looking for someone who:- is at least 18 years of age (required).
- has a Bachelor's Degree and /or PharmD Degree(s) from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
Pay RangeUSD $95,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
