You'll DoAs a Staff Pharmacist, you'll play a vital role in preparing and dispensing radiopharmaceuticals that support diagnostic imaging and patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and dispensing radiopharmaceutical doses in accordance with prescriptions and regulatory standards.
- Compounding radiopharmaceuticals, including generator elution and formulation.
- Performing quality control checks and equipment calibrations to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Conducting contamination surveys, sterility and pyrogenicity testing, and other quality assurance procedures.
- Packaging and labeling shipments in compliance with transport regulations.
- Supporting radiation safety protocols, including spill response and exposure investigations.
- May serve as Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) when designated.
You Bring- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacist license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Interest or experience in nuclear pharmacy or radiopharmaceuticals (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
