Job Description Summary:We are seeking an experience Signal Integrity and power Integrity (SI/PI) Expert & Technical Trainer to design deliver and continuously optimize advanced training programs for our internal engineering teams.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level electromagnetic theory and real-world high-speed hardware design. You will upskill our PCB designers, package designers, and hardware engineers in 3d EM simulation, stackup optimization, and PDN design to proper design analysis.
Job Description:Key responsibilities Curriculum Development & Instructional Design
- Design comprehensive training modules for foundational intermediate, and advanced engineering levels (spanning SI and PI)
- Create learning exercises for participants and lead discussions covering time-domain/frequency domain analysis, crosstalk, jitter, S parameters, and PDN impedance targets
- Guide engineers through simulation workflows using industry standard EDA tools
Qualifications
- Ediucation: Bachelor's on master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Technical Expertise: 7+ years of hands on industry experience specializing in Signal Integrity or High-Speed Hardware Design in harsh environmanets
