Key Responsibilities:Operational Procedures, Processes and PracticesAssociate Operational Compliance Analyst- Researches and analyzes regulations, requirements, and reliability standards under limited supervision.
- Develops or modifies work procedures, practices, and protocols to improve compliance.
- Writes and revises operational standards and procedures.
- Provides implementation guidance to operational personnel.

Education:Both Levels-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Technical field, or another related discipline.

Experience:Associate Operational Compliance Analyst- Typically requires two or more years of experience in utility operations, cybersecurity, auditing, compliance, or a related field.
- FERC/NERC experience preferred.
Staff Operational Compliance Analyst- Typically requires five or more years of experience in compliance, including utility operations, cybersecurity, or auditing.
- At least two years of FERC/NERC compliance experience.
Preferred Certifications:Both Levels-
NERC Certification preferred
