What You'll Bring:- BS degree in Computer Science plus 5 year's experience, or MS degree in Computer Science.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in building Web Applications, SaaS products, and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to accelerate development, generate optimized code, and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate engineering tasks, such as writing unit tests, generating documentation, and improving overall process efficiency.
- Adept at using AI for rapid research and problem-solving, including the exploration of new technologies, analysis of unfamiliar codebases, and evaluation of alternative design patterns.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JavaScript Frameworks, etc.) is a plus.
- A solid computer science foundation including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns, with a proven track record of software design and architecture of complex systems.
- Experience in service-oriented architecture and in building distributed systems.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, including stored procedures, data models, and transactional flows.
- Adaptable team player with strong collaboration skills and a focus on results and value delivery.
- Prior working experience in Scrum, or other Agile development methodologies, is preferred.
- Passion for engineering excellence through automation, unit testing, and process improvements.

Salary Range:$225,000.00-$282,000.00

In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
