You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on building and supporting enterprise applications on the IBM Maximo platform. We work closely with both business and technical partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive operational efficiency. The team values innovation, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement, and you'll have opportunities to mentor others while growing your own expertise.

Where You Come In
  • You analyze complex business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions.
  • You design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform.
  • You participate in every phase of the software development lifecycle-from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical requirements.
  • You build and support integrations with enterprise systems using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework.
  • You enhance Maximo through configurations, workflows, automation scripts, MBO customizations, and BIRT reports.
  • You troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
  • You create validation documents, test plans, and execute test cases to ensure quality.
  • You maintain system documentation, including design specs and user guides.
  • You mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
  • You build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
  • You occasionally support integrations with data platforms (e.g., BigQuery) and reporting tools like Tableau.
  • You may also assist with AVEVA PI content creation and troubleshooting when needed.


What Makes You Successful
  • You have extensive experience working with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • You have a strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including Application Designer, workflows, schemas, and integration frameworks.
  • You are proficient in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations.
  • You have experience building complex BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes.
  • You're comfortable working with REST/JSON integrations across enterprise systems.
  • You have a solid understanding of database systems (especially DB2) and HTML.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator who works well within a team.
  • Bonus if you have experience with Maximo Scheduler, Work Centers, or MAS 9+.
  • Bonus if you're familiar with GxP regulations and validation requirements (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11).
  • Bonus if you understand OpenShift, DevOps practices, or cloud-native technologies.
  • Bonus if you're familiar with SSO, SAML, OAuth, and Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

Education and Experience Requirement
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Master's degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.
