This is a strategic, high-impact role with both local and global responsibilities, supporting and influencing ADI's mechanical infrastructure across its worldwide portfolio. The position plays a key role in advancing standardization, operational excellence, sustainability, and system resilience across non-manufacturing facilities in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
This role is responsible for the design, optimization, and lifecycle management of mechanical systems, with a strong focus on HVAC and process utilities (e.g., CDA, vacuum, exhaust, cooling water). The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with the ability to operate at a program level, driving standards, supporting global projects, and partnering closely with design, construction, and operations teams.
General Roles and Responsibilities
- Global Program Leadership: Develop, maintain and improve global mechanical standards, reliability programs, and energy-efficiency initiatives across ADI's facilities portfolio.
- System Ownership: Serve as the subject matter expert for HVAC and process systems (CDA, vacuum, exhaust, process gases, abatement). Ensure systems are designed, operated, and maintained for safety, reliability, and efficiency
- Resilience & Reliability: Design and evaluate critical infrastructure with a focus on uptime, redundancy, and operational continuity.
- Maintenance & CMMS Programs: Provide technical guidance on mechanical systems within ADI's global CMMS platform; optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Project Execution: Lead or support mechanical scopes on construction and infrastructure projects of all sizes, from advanced cleanrooms and high-tech facilities to corporate offices.

Technical Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (airside and hydronic) and process utilities (exhaust, CDA, vacuum, cooling systems)
- Ability to prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and BIM/Revit models for multi-discipline integration.
- Familiarity with building controls, smart building technologies (BMS, EMS).
- In-depth understanding of ASHRAE, NFPA, and local/global building codes and standards.
