What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the organization's primary training and education support, as well as the Flex Team clinical Lead
  • Responsible for driving organizational excellence by leading the EduCare platform, standardizing orientation/training programs, and traveling to communities to provide hand-on clinical training, quality assurance auditing, and supplemental training support
  • Key Accountabilities include: Organizational Training and EduCare Leadership. Community Clinical Support and "Flex" Staffing, and Staff Development and Performance

What You'll Need:
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Nursing Supervision or Geriatric Nursing preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of experience as a Nursing Instructor and/or Education Lead
  • Registered Nurse with current MN licensure,
