Staff Development

Pawtucket Falls Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and organized Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility team in Pawtucket, RI. The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting orientation, education, and ongoing training programs for nursing staff to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and promote high-quality resident care.

Schedule: Full-Time - Monday to FridayIncludes participation in an on-call rotation schedule.
