OverviewSunrun is seeking an experienced and innovative Demand Planner with a record of continuous improvement and demonstrated success in demand planning and inventory management. The Demand Planner will be primarily responsible for ensuring the highest level of accuracy in the bulk consigned inventory management program for the New Homes divisions third-party installers (partners). Managing the consigned inventory throughout the network is a critical expectation in support of installation schedules across all locations throughout the enterprise.
Responsibilities
Minimize cycle count variance issues; perform deep dive analysis to understand and resolve any cycle count variances that occur, and put corrective actions in place.
Ensure coordination and execution of NH monthly cycle count process across the active partner warehouses across the country.
Eliminate work in progress through immediate measurement of material movement from partner warehouses to construction sites.
Build and develop the NH Traceability Program; ensure complete partner compliance with serial number job site scanning.
Maximize ITC revenue through fund compliance with FEOC and domestic content requirements. Measure our compliance at the project level and manage KPIs to drive this up.
Manage the Master SKU List and ensure alignment between the list, the Bills of Material, the Virtual Inventory Warehouse, the proposals, and the plan sets.
Coordinate and execute SKU adjustments as needed to comply with Safe Harbor changes in the Sunrun supply chain.
Work with Builder Operations to manage product changes.
Collaborate with Business Units on refinement of materials forecasts.
Track and manage inventory performance for all Install Partner locations.
Optimize material flow and efficiency in the value chain through continuous improvement of inventory management strategies and tactical execution.
Coordinate the requisitioning and supply of material that may be stocked out or require alternative substitutes due to discontinued or obsolete status.
Other planning and logistics-related duties may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or similar discipline highly desired; or
Equivalent experience, such as formal training in materials management, APICS certification, or continuous education in related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Demand Planner, Master Scheduler, Production Control Analyst, in a build-to-order environment.

$98,746.62 to $131,662.16
