Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or Construction Management with 3 years of construction experience.
• Experience in high-voltage construction projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and related safety standards.
• Proficient in Windows-based platforms and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license required, as driving to various locations is necessary.
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour Construction Course certification required.
• CUSP credential or similar safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate and project Safety & Health initiatives for a safe workplace.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local OSHA regulations.
• Provide guidance to management on Safety & Health best practices and issues.
• Conduct Safety & Health assessments and monitor compliance on project sites.
• Document and address immediate safety concerns as they arise.
• Develop industry-specific Safety & Health programs for various practices of Burns & McDonnell.
• Report compliance information related to OSHA and corporate safety policies.
