  • Analyze operational performance (throughput, SLAs, cost, quality) and identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop and refine KPI frameworks to support consistent performance measurement
  • Monitor trends and proactively surface risks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
Experimentation & Decision Support
  • Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, pilots) to inform operational and product decisions
  • Build scenario analyses and lightweight models to support planning and resource allocation
  • Contribute to optimization efforts by quantifying tradeoffs and recommending data-driven actions
Stakeholder Partnership
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and begin influencing decision making
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support senior stakeholders by providing structured analysis and recommendations on key initiatives
Collaboration & Influence
  • Partner with Analytics Engineering and Data teams to ensure data quality and availability
  • Contribute to team best practices in analytics, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement
  • Begin advising stakeholders on moderately complex analytical questions and business tradeoffs
Reporting & Communication
  • Develop clear, concise deliverables (analyses, dashboards, presentations) aligned to business needs
  • Tailor communication style based on audience, including senior stakeholders
  • Ensure insights are actionable and tied to measurable business outcomes

You Have:
