  • Research and execute strategies that improve Happen's visibility in AI-generated answers across platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE, and emerging tools
  • Audit and maintain site health, partnering with Engineering to implement structured data, improve crawlability, and optimize performance in support of rankings
  • Build measurement and reporting frameworks and share findings across all levels of management
  • Translate tactical SEO and GEO findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership

About You

  • Deep experience in technical SEO and GEO fundamentals, including crawlability and indexation, metadata, structured data, and redirect strategy

  • Proven track record improving rankings and organic traffic in competitive, high-intent keyword categories across SEO and GEO
  • Experience working in financial services, insurance, or another highly regulated industry
  • Strong bias for action and an executional mindset
  • Stellar communication skills, with a track record of turning tactical findings into digestible recommendations for senior leadership
  • You have hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate your work and improve output quality. You're equally comfortable using them yourself and helping others apply them thoughtfully, recognizing where human judgment and oversight are essential
