We are seeking a Senior UX/Product Designer with strong expertise in design systems and front-end development.
In this role, you will design and maintain scalable design systems, deliver user-centered solutions, and contribute production-quality code that bridges design and engineering.

Responsibilities
• Lead the evolution and governance of our design system.
• Create user-centered designs that are consistent, accessible, and scalable.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design fidelity.
• Conduct training sessions and advocate for best practices.

Qualifications
• 7-10 years of experience in UX/UI design, with work on design systems at scale.
• Strong coding skills in React and Web Components.
• Proficiency in Figma and version control tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Agile methodology.
