Job Overview
This role delivers new hire and continuing education training to frontline employees in business care to support effective customer service and operational performance. It facilitates virtual and in-person training sessions using various delivery methods to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development. The role includes providing feedback, coaching, and support to employees to enhance job performance and learning outcomes. Success is measured by training effectiveness, learner engagement, and the readiness of employees to meet business objectives. The work impacts organizational performance by preparing employees to deliver consistent customer experiences and uphold company standards.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions to improve employee knowledge and skills across business care functions
  • Observe employee interactions and deliver timely feedback to enhance performance and customer service quality
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational needs and strategies
  • Plan and manage training projects, including scheduling and tracking progress to ensure program readiness and effectiveness
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Less than 2 years Experience leading training initiatives or programs, including the ability to handle challenging situations and provide guidance to participants. (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Leadership Experience (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $61,800 - $111,600

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
