Position Title: Advanced Territory Manager

A Day in the Life:
As an Advanced Territory Manager, you'll drive sales growth, expand market share, and build strong clinical and commercial partnerships across your territory. You'll represent a key portfolio in Interventional/Vascular and Dialysis Access, including PTA balloons, dialysis catheters, and acute catheters.
In this role, you will:
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quota and objectives
- Build strong, consultative relationships with interventional radiologists, nephrologists, vascular surgeons, and supply chain teams
- Travel within assigned territory and maintain active presence at top accounts
- Identify and close new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert accounts
- Deliver effective product presentations, in-services, and clinical demonstrations for PTA balloons, dialysis catheters, and acute catheters
- Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely communication with regional leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and internal partners to support customer needs
- Attend required sales meetings, training programs, trade shows, and national/regional events
- Maintain required hospital credentials (vaccinations, TB tests, flu shots, etc.)
Must-Have:
- Minimum 4 years of successful B2B or healthcare sales experience
- Medical device sales experience
Nice-to-Have:
- Medical device sales experience specifically in OR, Interventional Radiology, Vascular surgery or Nephrology/Dialysis access highly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow through
- Customer focused, relationship driven, and comfortable influencing across clinical and administrative layers
- Willingness to travel to support conversions for extended periods of time
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience converting competitive accounts
- Understanding of hospital supply chain and distributor networks
- Strong presentation skills and effective persuasion techniques
Compensation & Benefits:
- Variable Compensation: In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for our Sales Incentive Plan, offering substantial rewards for strong performance. Current OTE of ~ $225K, with unlimited upside for overachievement.
