About the Role

The Managed IT Services Consultant supports and manages client technology environments, ensuring optimal performance and delivering exceptional IT consulting services. This role blends technical expertise with client service, requiring strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset. Technology Consultants play a key role in maintaining client trust by providing proactive support, resolving complex issues, and contributing to innovative, reliable solutions.

Technical

Definition: your specialized knowledge & expertise associated with the work you perform for/with clients (note: clients may be internal to Dean Dorton).
