Exciting opportunity to join the PN-NA Quality Management Team as the Pretty Litter Quality Management System Lead.

The purpose of this role is to represent the Pretty Litter Sub Business Unit, govern, and drive continuous improvement in adherence to the Mars QMS, including Internal Audit, CAPA, and QMR. The role also owns and maintains sub BU-specific documents related to these processes.

What are we looking for?
• Food science, Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent BSc/ MSc degree is preferred.
• Technical expertise in Quality Management Systems and/or ISO 9001.
• Ability to create, govern, and improve documents related to the Mars QMS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and engage technical and non-technical audiences
• A continuous improvement mindset and ability to simplify complex requirements into practical guidance.
• A collaborator who can connect teams, simplify complexity, and drive clarity in how sourcing standards are applied.

What will be your key responsibilities?
• Govern, maintain, and continuously improve adherence to the Mars QMS, including Internal Audit, CAPA, and QMR.
• Ensure the unit is QMS Audit ready and lead 2nd Party QMS Audit.
• Own and maintain unit-specific procedures related to the Mars QMS and related processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with global and regional Q&FS, SQA, R&D, Commercial, and PD teams to ensure consistent application and understanding of the Mars QMS.
• Identify and implement opportunities for simplification and efficiency in documentation and processes.
• Monitor audit outcomes, incident data, and feedback to inform updates and risk-based prioritization of requirements.
• Ensure effective document control, change management, and communication of updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support capability-building activities to enhance awareness and knowledge of the Mars QMS.
• Join Communities of Practice (CoPs) to strengthen collaboration, drive best practice sharing, and ensure consistent application of the Mars QMS.
