The Opportunity:
As a Senior Technologies Engineer, you willbe responsible forleading the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems and networks. You will oversee the design and implementation of hardware and software systems, ensure network security, and participatein daily IT operations. The Lead Technology Engineer must have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset to provide exceptional service to the organization’s internal and external clients.
The Senior Technologies Engineer should have the ability to work collaboratively with otherIT teamsto identifyareas where automation can be applied to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. This role also requires experience designing and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms. Additionally, experience working with healthcare host systems such as Epic or comparable EHR/RCM systems is strongly preferred.
The SSEnioriesEngineer will be responsible for managing and providing support for systems integrations, automation scripts, and continuously evaluating and improving existing technology to ensure they are meeting business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and processes to ensure network and system security and efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments toidentifyand implement new technologysolutions to improve business operations.
Monitor and manage network and system performance to ensure uptime and availability.
Implement andmaintainnetwork security protocols to protect against cybersecurity threats.
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate enterprise file management systems with existing IT infrastructure.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectivelyutilizeenterprise technology systems and processes.
Monitor and analyze logs toidentifyand troubleshoot issues related to system performance, security, and user access.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop integration strategies that meet organizational needs.
Ensure that system integrationscomply withindustry standards and best practices, including data security and privacy requirements.
Develop andmaintaindocumentation related to technology systems, including policies, procedures, and user guides.
Design and implement automation solutions, including RPA workflows, to streamline IT operations and improve efficiency (e.g., automating system updates, software deployments, and routine maintenance tasks).
Collaborate across teams toidentifyopportunities for automation using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms.
Continuously evaluate and improve the technology environment to ensure solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Provide regular reports to management on IT projects, system performance, automation outcomes, and network security.
Employment Qualifications:
7–10+ years of experience;Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent experience
Experience managing and supporting enterprise technology systems and platforms
Experience with .NET, C#, APIs, and software/web development; experience withadditionalprogramming languages such as Java or Python is a plus
Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms
Experience working with healthcare host systems such as Epic or similar EHR/RCM platforms
Experience managing vendors and third-party SaaS offerings, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
This position pays between $111,800–167,700 based on experience
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
