Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager - Data & Business Analysis (Financial Services)

Overview / Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Technical Project Manager. This role requires a blend of project management skills, data domain knowledge, and business analysis expertise to ensure the successful implementation of data technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management for the implementation of data applications, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data experts, IT professionals, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes, workflows, and requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with development teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Perform impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed solutions, considering factors such as cost, resource requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value and enhance client satisfaction through the delivery of innovative solutions and exceptional service.
  • Solicit feedback from clients to continuously improve processes, products, and services.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the data space of the financial industry.
