What You'll Do- Drive End-to-End Product Development: Lead a cross-functional team through all phases of the Product Lifecycle (PLC)-from definition and development to pilot, high-volume manufacturing (HVM), and sustainment.
- Own Program Success: Be accountable for engineering, manufacturing, service, installation, and overall program delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, timelines, and resource needs.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, service, and marketing to optimize product definition and trade-offs.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and ensure outcomes exceed expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard deliverables.
- Field Engagement: Drive beta-phase activities, aligning with business units and customers.
- Influence Roadmaps: Internalize divisional goals and strategic priorities to help define product roadmaps.

Minimum QualificationsDoctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 10 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 12 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 15 years
Base Pay Range: $205,800.00 - $360,200.00 Annually
