Job DescriptionTechnical Product Managers at U.S. Bank oversee the strategic product management for an assigned technical product line(s) in support of the Enterprise organization's goals and market needs. Engages with key stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features; ensures delivery of marketable capabilities for all U.S. Bank engineering teams while collaborating with agile teams. As a Technical Product Manager, you will:
-Aligns the strategic vision with cross-functional stakeholders to shape outcome-based product roadmap, product risk, investment areas and success measures.
-Drives product development with ownership of backlog and actively engages cross-functional stakeholders to enable faster speed to market.
-Manages across Enterprise users to define and deliver product performance goals (e.g., outcomes, customer experience, etc.).
-Owns all engagement for assigned technical portfolio regarding the SDLC, e.g., adoption, collaboration.
-Develops, analyses, monitors, and reports on performance metrics from internal and external sources to identify key trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
-Uses performance metrics to drive towards progress on identified strategies and initiatives.
-Leverages OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to drive roadmap priorities
Basic Qualifications-Technical Product Management experience
Preferred Skills/Experience- Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale Conversational AI, AI Agents, Virtual Assistants, and GenAI platforms supporting IT, HR, workplace services, and employee experience initiatives.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio, or comparable enterprise AI ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience implementing Agentic AI architectures, autonomous workflows, multi-agent orchestration, and AI-driven automation solutions.
- Experience integrating LLMs, RAG frameworks, vector databases, enterprise search, and knowledge management platforms to improve AI response accuracy and relevance.
- Demonstrated success leading Moveworks, Nexthink, ServiceNow, or similar Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and employee support platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise APIs, event-driven architectures, integration platforms, workflow orchestration, and automation technologies.
- Experience deploying AI solutions within highly regulated environments with a focus on Responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, and compliance controls.
- Knowledge of endpoint analytics, proactive remediation, self-healing technologies, digital workplace automation, and employee productivity platforms.
- Proven ability to define AI product strategy using adoption metrics, conversation analytics, self-service optimization, ticket deflection, and business outcome measurements.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executives to drive enterprise AI adoption, organizational change management, and innovation programs.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
