Education Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, Systems, or related preferred).
- Master's degree a plus (AI/ML, Robotics, Computer Vision, Systems Engineering, HCI).
Work Experience - 7-10+ years of digital or software product management experience.
- Experience delivering data-driven and AI-enabled digital products across the full SDLC.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and AI concepts (e.g., ML models, generative AI, automation), with the ability to translate them into business value.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and platforms to define and prototype digital products (e.g. Claude Code, Cognition, Cursor, or similar tools)
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders in consulting or enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Travel RequirementsCertain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $137,000 - $175,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Job Summary: The Sr. Technical Product Manager leads the solutioning, discovery and delivery of modern digital products and platforms, integrating data and AI capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes. This role partners closely with clients, stakeholders, designers, engineers, and data scientists to define product vision, shape roadmaps and deliver scalable, responsible, and insight-driven digital experiences. Technical Product Managers have the technical fluency to scope, prototype, plan and estimate digital application and data platform solutions, partnering closely with architects and engineers.
Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions/Competencies - Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define digital product visions, business cases and roadmaps.
- Identify, validate and prioritize AI-enabled use cases (e.g., predictive insights, personalization, automation, generative experiences) within digital products.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts leveraging AI coding tools and platforms, partnering closely with architects and engineers to deliver scalable, production-grade applications
- Lead discovery and delivery across the product lifecycle, integrating AI and data-driven capabilities where they create customer or operational value.
- Guide decisions on solution approaches, including build vs. buy vs. fine-tune, in collaboration with technology and account teams.
- Ensure responsible and ethical AI considerations (e.g., transparency, bias, privacy, and governance) are incorporated into product design and delivery.
- Communicate complex technical and AI concepts in clear, compelling ways to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to thought leadership, solution narratives, proposals, and presentations that articulate the value of AI-enabled digital solutions.
