Job Description:
We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Talent Director, Enterprise Functions located in New Brunswick, NJ.
The Senior Talent Director, Enterprise Functions, will drive an enterprisewide talent strategy that builds a strong, diverse, and futureready pipeline of executive leaders across J&J Enterprise Functionsincluding Finance & Global Services, Technology, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Human Resources, and Technical Operations & Risk. This leader will support development of world class, global leaders and pipeline talent; accurate identification of high potential & promotable talent; and will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR partners to ensure succession strength, acceleration of leader readiness, and enhanced executive talent decisions.
The role will report to the Head of Executive Talent Management and be a member of the Global Talent Management and Enterprise Function HR Leadership Teams. They will partner closely with the HR Business Partners within the Enterprise Functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage talent data and insights to develop the vision, talent strategy and execution plans for building a robust pipeline of global, enterprise function leaders for our future
- Build and enhance the pipeline through talent solutions, including: assessment, talent acquisition, onboarding, accelerated development, talent movement, and retention strategies for key talent and feeder pools
- Manage the enterprise functions critical talent pools; lead talent review discussions for Critical positions; manage the executive assessment process for critical talent, conduct internal/external talent mapping and pipelining in a strategic partnership with Executive Talent Acquisition.
- In partnership with the HR business partner, serves as subject matter expert, thought leader, and advisor to Executive Leaders on the talent needs of their top high potential leaders to ensure alignment with organizational and talent strategies
- Assess and develop both a qualitative and quantitative assessment on talent in the sector and how to accelerate development. Use assessment outcomes to coach and develop pipeline talent through custom individual development plans focused on future role readiness. Partners with the BUHR and business leaders to facilitate development plan progress
- Stay connected externally to current and future trends in innovative talent management approaches
- Partners with Talent Development, Total Rewards, People Analytics and Executive Talent Intelligence and Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless approach and strategy to Enterprise Function talent pipeline development.
- Partners closely with the Sector/Function Talent Directors to identify opportunities for cross sector/cross region experiences to further build the pipeline
Required Experience:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related area of focus required. Advanced degree is preferred.
- 10+ years as a Human Resources professional with progressive business experience in Human Resources and talent management, leadership development or organizational development.
- Must be experienced in Talent Assessment.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$178,000.00 - $307,050.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave 30 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
