As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Go-to-Market hiring across North America, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top sales talent, with a strong focus on Account Executives and other senior commercial professionals. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective talent strategies, build high-quality pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that enables business growth.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles, with a primary focus on Account Executives and other experienced sales and commercial hires
Partner closely with hiring managers and sales leadership to understand hiring priorities, workforce planning needs, and market challenges, providing strategic talent acquisition guidance
Proactively source and engage high-caliber candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach
Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive sales talent to support current and future hiring needs across North America
Develop trusted relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience
Assess candidates against role requirements, sales competencies, and cultural fit through structured screening and interview processes
Leverage market intelligence, competitor insights, and talent mapping to identify and attract top-performing GTM professionals
Drive employer branding initiatives targeted at experienced sales talent and strengthen TeamViewer's presence within relevant talent communities
Monitor recruiting performance metrics, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales, Go-to-Market, or commercial hiring
Proven track record of successfully hiring experienced Account Executives and other senior GTM professionals
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong understanding of sales organizations, GTM structures, and the talent landscape for commercial roles
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders
Demonstrated ability to proactively source, engage, and assess passive talent in competitive markets
Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent sourcing tools
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment data and market insights to drive hiring decisions
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
