Position Overview

Do you want to play a key role in supporting the rollout of TRATON's next-generation digital tools for service workshops worldwide? We are now looking for a Support Engineer to join our team - supporting the launch, stability, and success of the Workshop Suite (tWS), our new cloud- and web-based aftersales platform.

Responsibilities

As Sr. Support Engineer, your main responsibility is to support markets and workshops in their transition to tWS. You will:
  • Act as the initial point of contact for reported issues and deviations
  • Perform structured troubleshooting to identify root causes and coordinate resolution
  • Support local IT and workshop staff in setting up infrastructure and connectivity
  • Contribute to the continuous global rollout of tWS
  • Analyze system logs and vehicle communication to resolve more complex cases
  • Collaborate closely with developers, testers, infrastructure teams and markets


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of information systems/information technology experience

OR
  • Master's degree and no experience

OR
  • At least 3 years of information systems/information technology experience


Additional Requirements

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
