As a Sr Support Engineer, you will:- Experience playing the role of Production Support Engineer
- Very good communication and customer facing skill
- Should be very good experience working on the incident management/logging tool ServiceNow
- Hands on experience in the monitoring tool 'App Dynamics', Splunk
- Should have experience in trouble shooting portal-based applications developed on Mendix/React/Javascript
- Knowledge of US Insurance domain is an added plus

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:Pay Range: $ 76,500 - 89,500 $ Per Year
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
