JOB TITLE: Sr. Supply Chain Planning Analyst
JOB DUTIES:
Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst leads advanced supply chain planning by aligning demand and financial forecasts, optimizing inventory and capacity, and driving data-driven analysis to support strategic growth and operational performance. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Collect and analyze sell-in forecasts, sell-out, and inventory data and transform them into comprehensive supply forecasts to balance supply and demand by using EXCEL, SQL.
- Evaluate supply replenishment based on factory production capacity and strategically schedule them aligned with customer demand by using APS system.
- Update and maintain daily inventory reports, monitor turnover rates, and manage aging inventory by using SAP, EXCEL, and Power BI to optimize the inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, business planning, factory, and logistics, to align supply chain activities.
- Lead weekly PSI meetings for Laser TV, Soundbars product lines to keep monitoring and analyzing the performance and operations of each model.
- Participate in the monthly collaborative planning, forecast and replenishment (CPFR) meeting with customers, plan collaboratively with customers on the sales forecast and make sure customer sales projection aligned with our expectations.
- Design and implement inventory optimization frameworks, including safety stock modeling, inventory segmentation analysis, and risk mitigation planning to optimize inventory levels. Develop automated Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and over aging inventory.
- Conduct statistical models and data analysis using Excel and R to help determine the optimal marketing activities with marketing and business planning team.
- Analyze the industrial historical data using Excel, R and Power BI, build models to predict future trends for Laser TV, Soundbar, and small home appliance businesses, collaborate with senior managers to find opportunities for business growth.
- Provide executive-level analytical support by aligning supply chain forecasts with financial forecasts by using EXCEL and Power BI. Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate capacity and profitability impact.
- Develop and lead implementation of supply chain planning process to drive enhanced planning maturity.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business, or closely related fields, plus minimum two years of post-baccalaureate experience working as Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Management Analyst, or closely related positions. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. We will also accept any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience. Experience should include minimum of two years working on sell-in forecasts analysis; supply replenishment evaluation; updating & maintaining daily inventory reports; inventory optimization; collaborating with cross-functional teams; working with Excel; SAP; SQL; Power BI; and APS.
HOURS: M-F, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
