RoleWe are looking for a Sr. Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. This is a Hybrid (in office minimum 3 days per week) role, reporting to the Senior Director, ZTE Supply Chain and Logistics in the Cloud Ops Team department. In this role, you will join our fast-paced, dynamic global data center team to drive supplier selection and relationship management across key categories-including integrators, VARs, and OEMs-while maintaining rigorous inventory oversight across global supplier and data center locations.
What you'll do (Role Expectations)- Drive global supplier relationship management to ensure operational excellence and strategic partnership health
- Lead sourcing initiatives across critical categories including integrators, VARs, and OEMs
- Execute cost optimization strategies to maximize value and efficiency across the supply chain
- Manage comprehensive planning and forecasting cycles to support global data center demands
- Provide rigorous inventory oversight at supplier and data center locations to ensure global availability

- Direct experience in inventory sizing and multi-location inventory management
- Strong background in driving and measuring supplier performance management
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$119,000-$170,000 USD
