Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, planning, strategic sourcing, or supply chain analysis, ideally in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Expert-level ERP/MRP skills, with Epicor experience preferred; familiarity with GP, SAP, or Oracle is also valued.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, Power Query, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
• Strong financial acumen with knowledge in budgeting, cost accounting, and understanding P&L.
• Proven ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams; skilled in presenting complex insights to senior leadership.
• Professional certifications like CPSM, APICS CPIM, or CSCP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage supplier relationships through effective contract negotiation.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers to ensure a robust and competitive supply base.
• Conduct thorough cost analyses to enhance negotiation strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations to align procurement and planning with the S&OP framework.
• Analyze demand forecasts to develop inventory strategies that maintain turnover goals and availability.
• Utilize ERP/MRP data for deep insights on spending, material price variance, and supplier performance, creating actionable dashboards.
