Sr. Supply Chain Analyst | Ramsey, NJ | On-site | Full-Time | Supply Chain & Operations
You9ll own the full supply chain picture - from strategic sourcing to daily planning execution - and have a real seat at the table with operations, engineering, and finance leadership.
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives that reduce total cost of ownership across key spend categories
- Build and manage high-performing supplier relationships - negotiate high-value contracts with confidence
- Proactively identify and qualify new suppliers to keep our supply base resilient and competitive
- Run sophisticated cost analyses and 2should-cost2 models to sharpen our negotiating edge
Supply Chain Planning & Analytics- Partner with Operations to sync procurement and planning with the S&OP process
- Analyze demand forecasts to build inventory strategies that hit turnover targets while protecting availability
- Dig deep into ERP/MRP data to surface insights on spend, PPV, and supplier performance - then turn them into dashboards leadership actually use
Procurement Operations & Process Excellence- Drive daily planning execution: evaluate and release planned orders, verify BOMs, manage capacity constraints
- Oversee production scheduling for Machine Shop and Assembly
- Serve as an Epicor ERP power user - maintain data integrity and champion process efficiency
- Lead root-cause analysis on supply disruptions, quality issues, and logistics challenges - fix the problem and prevent the next one
- Optimize working capital by analyzing inventory levels across raw, WIP, and finished goods
What You Bring- 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, planning, strategic sourcing, or supply chain analysis in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor9s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Expert-level ERP/MRP skills - Epicor experience is a strong plus; GP, SAP, or Oracle also valued
- Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, Power Query, VLOOKUP, financial modeling - you can make data tell a story
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost accounting, and P&L awareness
- Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and presenting complex recommendations to senior leadership
- CPSM, APICS CPIM, or CSCP certification? That9s a plus we love to see
