Job Summary: As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll develop processes, tools, reports, and provide data analytics to support H-E-B's supply chain strategic initiatives, such as supply and demand forecasting, inventory planning, logistics, and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
  • Leadership / Project Management:
    • Leads the team to identify, document, analyze, implement, and communicate solutions to meet business needs
    • Manages large projects that span multiple functional areas
    • Leads definition / documentation of current and future operational scenarios and work with other business areas / client groups to translate moderately complex business needs into solutions / business requirements
    • Leads definition, specifications, and development of work to implement the solution
    • Leads delivery of applications, systems, processes, metrics, services in agreed-upon time frames; leads analysis of probable impact of recommendations and solutions on other business areas and client groups
    • Proactively identifies issues and gaps within current business processes; leads analysis / develops conclusions / presents findings to leadership team that drive significant improvements in a functional area
    • Leads / maintains client-stakeholder partnerships to ensure overall satisfaction
    • Leads the team in conducting post-implementation analysis to identify process improvement opportunities
    • Serves as a mentor to other Analysts
