Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality performance, drive continuous improvement, and serve as a technical authority across supplier, manufacturing, and engineering functions. This role requires strong independence, decision-making capability, and the ability to influence suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead supplier quality management activities, including audits, performance reviews, and corrective action closure
  • Own supplier corrective and preventive action processes and ensure sustainable improvements
  • Lead new supplier qualification and new part approval activities
  • Analyze quality trends, reduce DPPM, and mitigate supply risk
  • Partner with Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations to improve product and process quality
  • Support and lead internal, customer, and certification audits
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to Quality Engineers and technicians
