Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora's veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, offering animal health services globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leads highly complex strategic account programs and client initiatives, providing expert guidance on account strategy, relationship development, and revenue growth.
  • Drives development of account plans, growth strategies, and value propositions for the most complex and high-value pharmaceutical distribution customers.
  • Influences senior commercial and operational leaders on account management strategy, client investment priorities, and retention approaches.
  • Delivers high-stakes account reviews, executive business reviews, and client engagement programs with limited oversight.
  • Builds reusable account planning tools, client engagement frameworks, and best practices that scale account management capability.
  • Mentors account managers and contributes to communities of practice to advance account management expertise across the function.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 8+ years of experience in Animal Health and Swine account management, strategic account management, client relationship management, or a related field required.
  • Certification in sales management, customer success, account management, client relationship management or equivalent preferred.

$110,500 - 220,990

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
