Meet the team:This position will report to the IT Directory Manufacturing and Smart Factory and will lead strategy, development, and support of our manufacturing systems landscape. This role is critical to driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a highly controlled environment. High degree of visibility and pivotal to Dexcom's overall success, the IT Sr. Manager will guide a team of high-performing IT/OT team members in all aspects of system strategy and lifecycle for our core manufacturing systems, working collaboratively with colleagues around the world as part of a global IT organization.
Where you come in: - Drive strategic initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into executable initiatives, requirements, and solution roadmaps
- Analyze complex business problems and identify technology-enabled solutions to drive scalability, efficiency, and value realization
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize with standalone or embedded AI Agents
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to design, develop, test, and implement solutions aligned to business needs
- Act as the voice of the business, translating requirements into user stories, functional designs, and test scenarios
- Support testing, validation, and deployment activities, ensuring solutions meet quality, compliance, and business requirements
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure alignment and drive execution in a matrixed environment
- Identify process improvement, automation, and digital enablement opportunities to support enterprise transformation initiatives
- Support development of business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI tracking for strategic initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure clear communication across business and IT teams
What makes you successful: - 10+ years of experience in all aspects of manufacturing systems management, including strategy, development, and support.
- Experience with Machine Learning, Predictive Maintenance, and AI for Manufacturing. GCP, Agentic AI, Gemini Enterprise / Vertix strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in system architecture, integration, and lifecycle management within regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of FDA requirements for validated systems, including GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820, and electronic records/e-signatures compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Six Sigma experience / certification strongly preferred.

Travel Required: Experience and Education Requirements:- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Master's degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.
Flex Workplace: - Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).

$135,100.00 - $225,100.00
