Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related functions.
• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL for data handling.
• Familiarity with Capital Markets and the Trade Life Cycle.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Ability to read basic Java code for technical comprehension.
• Knowledge of APIs and JSON for data integration.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders and product owners to gather requirements.
• Own the project backlog and act as a scrum master.
• Understand and communicate the data model effectively to users.
• Analyze and confirm requests for data changes in applications.
• Ensure clarity of requirements and consideration of edge cases.
• Support developers throughout the feature development lifecycle.
• Manage cross-team collaboration on multiple projects.
• Lead discussions to improve team culture and processes.
