Job Description Summary
Serves as a subject matter expert within the Treasury group, performing treasury and cash management functions. Applies financial knowledge and judgment to diverse and complex activities to validate the integrity of treasury functions.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead projects across the Treasury group as assigned.
  • Collaborate with leaders and management to implement new policies and procedures.
  • Share high-level knowledge with others to support further development of the department.
  • Recommend and lead implementation of process changes to achieve efficiencies through the use of technology.
  • Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of system enhancements to Treasury-related systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with leaders, management, and cross-functional partners to support business goals and resolve issues effectively.
  • Act as a process owner, as needed, to ensure strong performance in a control environment.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for cash management and daily treasury operations, including the Treasury Workstation, wire systems, funding, short-term investments, efficiency strategies, asset safeguards, and cost minimization.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
  • Ten years of treasury or relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of treasury operations
  • Strong analytical and ability to resolve complex problems
