JOB SUMMARY

The Sr. Specialist, Trade Marketing creates and executes trade-facing resources that strengthen sales readiness, improve partner understanding, and support revenue growth across Norwegian Cruise Line’s travel advisor channels. This role translates business priorities, product updates, and commercial initiatives into practical learning experiences, communication tools, and field-ready materials. The position partners cross-functionally to ensure internal sales teams and external travel partners can represent the brand with clarity, consistency, and confidence.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create multi-format enablement content, including digital coursework, webinars, presentations, quick-reference guides, facilitator materials, and video-based learning resources.
  • Support the ongoing management of learning platforms and resource libraries to ensure content remains current, accessible, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Guest Services, Contact Center, and other cross-functional teams, to align messaging, reduce duplication, and deliver a consistent partner experience.
  • Develop field content that supports Norwegian Cruise Line’s value proposition, brand story, promotions, service processes, and selling points.
  • Lead or support trade webinars, onboarding experiences, meeting content, and partner engagement communications that reinforce strategic priorities.
  • Build presentation materials and learning content for leadership, field sales teams, agencies, and partner trainers, ensuring deliverables are polished and audience appropriate.
  • Review feedback, participation data, content usage, and performance indicators to recommend improvements to enablement programs, tools, and communication strategies.
  • Monitor industry practices, training methods, and technology solutions to identify opportunities to improve how enablement is delivered and experienced.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE:

FIELD(S) OF STUDY:

Communication, Marketing, Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, training, or similar functions, with B2B relationship management or sales management experience.
  • Experience may include sales enablement, product marketing, trade marketing, learning and development, B2B sales, or go-to-market teams.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign execution, print and digital production, CRM or email platforms, online learning tools, marketing asset systems, and sales enablement resources.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate product, sales, and industry information into clear and engaging content.

  • Strong presentation development and storytelling skills with the ability to create polished, audience-specific materials.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder requests.
  • Ability to analyze feedback, participation data, content usage, and engagement metrics to recommend improvements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, webinar tools, training content platforms, and creative development or project management systems.
  • Comfort presenting or facilitating content for large and small audiences in person and virtually.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and adapt content for different audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate business needs, and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
