Role Summary:
The Sr Specialist, SME Business Complete Product supports the execution of Business Complete product strategy through analytics, insight generation, and cross-functional coordination. This role translates the Business Complete vision into market-backed insights, executive-ready materials, and operational deliverables that accelerate pilots, inform product decisions, and support C-level engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support product strategy execution by translating Business Complete vision into market-backed insights, use cases, and feature prioritization across issuing and acceptance.
• Drive analytics and insight generation on SME behavior (e.g., activation, cross-sell, wallet usage) to inform product design and validate "Right-to-Win" hypotheses.
• Build executive-ready materials and business cases (decks, pilots, KPI tracking) to support product decisions, partner discussions, and C-level reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product, GTM, Data & Services, and regional teams to accelerate pilots, remove blockers, and ensure speed-to-market.
Key Qualifications:
• 3-5 years in strategy, consulting, analytics, or product operations (payments/fintech preferred).
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills; experience with Salesforce reporting and data visualization tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong QA instincts and ability to work with large datasets.
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in payments, fintech, or B2B platform environments.
• Exposure to product lifecycle management and agile development processes.
• Familiarity with SME segment dynamics, issuer economics, and commercial card ecosystems.
• Experience building business cases and pilot frameworks for new product launches.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay RangesPurchase, New York: $120,000 - $204,000 USD
